This special accommodation offers several absolute highlights!
With large panorama windows in the open, two-storey living room, the apartment is pleasantly flooded with light all day long. The more than 8 m² living net serves both as an oasis of well-being for reading and relaxing and as a playground for children. In the two bedrooms, the box spring beds are each directly under a skylight. So you can look at the great starry sky from the bed while falling asleep.
The accommodation
In the two-storey attic of our holiday home "Happy Allgäu" you will stay in two bedrooms, each with a box spring bed (180x200 cm) and another bedroom with four single beds (90x200 cm). You can have your morning fair trade coffee - which is already included in the fee - brewed from the fully automatic coffee machine. There is enough space on the balcony and at the large dining table for up to eight people to have breakfast together in the sunshine. After your excursion into the diverse nature of the Allgäu right outside the front door, the fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook together. If you prefer to stay in the apartment when the weather is bad, we offer you the unique living net, a multi-game table (foosball/table tennis/billiards/air hockey/...), a variety of board games and a 65-inch QLED Smart -TV some opportunities for an entertaining pastime.
Access for guests
We will normally meet you personally when you arrive to show you the details of the accommodation and to be directly available for questions. Otherwise you will receive an individual pin code for a key box from us in advance of your trip. The key box is located right next to the covered front door. The key inside opens both the front door and the apartment door. Of course, other people do not have access to your holiday home.

The price for up to four guests is EUR 180.00 per night.
We charge EUR 20.00 per night for each additional guest.
Children up to their 6th birthday can stay for free in the "BaumKrone".
There is also a cleaning fee of EUR 40.00 per stay.
The living area is very expansive. At least one other person could easily sleep here. The living room is not separated, but is located in the large living room with dining area and kitchen. The room is the passage between the bedrooms and the bathroom or the guest toilet. It is therefore conceivable that people could walk through the room at night and wake up the guest sleeping on the living area. That's why we don't specify the couch as a separate sleeping option. If a guest does not mind that he sleeps in the living area, he is welcome to stay as a ninth person in the holiday home. There are no additional fees for him. The total price of 250.00 euros/night remains with an occupancy of nine people.
We have a travel cot available for children. If required and if it is free, you can book it for free.
Herbrazhofen is a small idyllic village with about 40 houses. The friendly togetherness of the village community is literally lived here. The beautiful landscape right outside the front door offers a variety of hiking and biking trails through the region. Opposite the accommodation is a paddock for ponies, horses and foals.
On the footpath in the direction of Schloss Zeil (1.4 km away), you will pass the fenced-in deer enclosure of the Prince of Waldburg zu Zeil and Trauchburg. Other sights include the Wachbühl mountain with its unique mountain panorama (2.8 km away), the Gospoldshofen cheese dairy museum (5.4 km away) and the Gallus chapel near Tautenhofen (7.7 km away). The many attractions in the Center Parcs Park Allgäu, which is just under 13 km away from your accommodation, ensure that the children have a lot of fun. Very close to the Center Parcs is the pleasure manufactory, which opened in 2019 in the former brewery in Urlau. Here, guests of the region have a number of opportunities to buy typical Allgäu souvenirs and to marvel at the work of the 18 artisans.
You will find a wide range of shopping opportunities in Leutkirch (5.5 km away) or after a short drive via the A 96 in Memmingen (23 km away). Thanks to the excellent motorway connection, you can be in Lindau and Bregenz on beautiful Lake Constance in around 30 minutes.
The connection to public transport is manageable. In order to go shopping, we are dependent on private vehicles here.
The electric cars of our guests can be charged at a wall box in the building. There are enough parking spaces on the site.
The landscape offers a variety of opportunities for bike tours directly from the holiday home. You are welcome to park your bicycles and pedelecs with us free of charge.
